Delete your account and data
You can ask us to delete your account and the associated data at any time. You do not need to sign in or call anyone.
Which account this applies to
This procedure applies to the account you use to sign in to the ADN Soft mobile applications and web platform.
If your account was created by your employer or by the tracking company that serves you, that organisation is the controller of your data. We will still process your request and forward it to them, keeping you informed.
How to request it
There are three routes. Any of them works:
- From the application: open the menu, go to Account → Delete account and confirm.
- From this page: use the form below.
- By email: write to cto@adnsoftsas.com from the address associated with your account, with the subject “Account deletion request”.
To handle your request we need the email associated with the account. If you write from a different address we will ask for additional verification before deleting anything.
What gets deleted
- Your profile: name, email, phone, photo and preferences.
- Your access credentials and open sessions.
- The location history associated with your personal user.
- Photographs, signatures and notes you captured from the application.
- Your notifications, messages and activity logs.
- The link between your device and the account.
What is kept, for how long and why

Whatever is kept is disassociated from your identity wherever the purpose allows.
How long it takes
- Acknowledgement: within 48 business hours.
- Effective deletion: a maximum of 15 business days from verification.
- Backup purge: up to 90 additional days.
We email you once deletion is complete.
Before you delete, consider
- Deletion is permanent and irreversible. We will not be able to recover the account or its history.
- If you need to keep your data, request an export first by writing to cto@adnsoftsas.com. We deliver it in an open format.
- If your account belongs to an organisation, you will lose access to that organisation's operation.
- If you have an active contract with us, deleting the account does not terminate it on its own.
